Funds are automatically cleared and approved by this secure system - leaving your details secure.
Direct Deposit payments from customers to Babies Australia Emporium are also available.

Can I register my package?

Babies Australia Emporium uses Australia Post Parcel Post Prepaid Satchels for all Australia Wide destinations. Flat rate of $7.70.
Australia Post advertises that these satchels should be delivered as follows;
Within metropolitan areas of capital cities - next working day delivery.
Between metropolitan areas and country locations - one to three working days delivery.
Between country locations - one to four working days delivery.
Larger items will be sent by Australia Post appropriately packaged.
If items require special arrangements this will be noted in the individual product description.
****NOTE: For all orders being shipped overseas customers will be contacted via email to confirm address details and applicable shipping / postage rates.****
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 3 working days (unless an item is out of stock - in which case we will contact you).
If you wish, you can have your order sent to you via 'Registered Post'.
This can be done by requesting this in the 'Comments' section during the checkout process. When we receive your request you will be contacted via email for confirmation and the necessary arrangements will be made.

What are the Babies Australia Emporium Exchange, Refund and Returns Policies?

Exchanges and Returns
We want you to be very happy with any purchase from our online store.
If you would like to exchange or return a product please let us know within 7 days of receiving it.
After advising us that you wish to exchange / return you will need to send the item back (at your expense) in original packaging / tags, unworn, unwashed and unused.
Any returns need to be received back at our office within 10 days following your email advising us of your intention to return.
Please make sure your name, address, daytime phone number and original invoice number are clearly indicated on any correspondence.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for another, you will need to pay the difference in price and an additional postage charge for the replacement product to be sent.
(If the replacement item is of a lower price then the difference will be refunded to you).
You must clearly advise what product you want in exchange when you return the original item.
Returns:
If you would like a full refund (excluding postage costs) please advise us of the reason for the return and we will process a refund once the item is returned in its original condition.
****Please note there is no exchange / refund on sales items.****
